Description:
60 minute gymnastics class includes instruction on floor, bars, beams, trampoline, tumble track, rings, and vault, plus conditioning and stretching. Beginners or advanced. We will work at your level. Instructed class. Young or older adults or older teens. Teens who prefer to train with just teens should join the ages 11 - 17 classes listed under "Age 5 and up". Not ready to commit? No problem. Register for a few classes under "drop in" option.
