Description:

Based on our family favorite building competition show, we'll be putting our brick building know-how to the test in this friendly competition camp. Students will form teams and work together to create Lego masterpieces that will showcase the strength of their building design, their creativity, their robotics abilities, and their use of time management skills. Each new challenge will come with a mini lesson to point out key physics and robotics concepts that students will need to consider when planning how to meet the next challenge. 

We'll find out which team will rise in the ranks and win the coveted title of Master Builders, with a gift card to Bricks and Minifigs.

The winning showpiece will remain on display all summer at our learning center!

Required age: 11 - 16 on the day of the activity

Notes: We highly recommend packing a snack to eat during mid-class break. Students staying for AM and PM camp sessions should also bring a peanut free lunch.

Prerequisites: Don't bother joining the camp if you're not crazy about Legos!
