CAMP FLYERS
Withdrawal Policy
There is no refund for camps withdrawn from less than one week from the start date. At this point camp equipment and supplies have been purchased and staffing secured. More than a week before camp begins, if you need to withdraw your child from a camp, we offer two options to accommodate your needs:
Credit: You may opt to receive a full credit for the amount paid, which can be applied toward any future class. This credit will be available in your account and can be used at any time for upcoming sessions.
Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will return the unused portion of your payment, subject to a $25 administrative fee to cover processing costs.
To initiate a withdrawal, please contact our administrative office at least one week before the scheduled camp.
Makeup Policy
We believe in the importance of full participation in our programs. Should your child miss a class, they are welcome to attend a makeup session in any other engineering class that is appropriate for their age group and has availability for drop-ins. Please note that makeups cannot be completed in a robotics or coding class. Makeups must be arranged within one month from the date of the missed class.
To schedule a makeup class, please contact our office to verify available classes and secure a spot.
Payment Policy
All payments for classes must be made in full before the start of the class. For those on a payment plan, payments should be scheduled to cover the portion of the class that has already been completed. This ensures uninterrupted participation for your child and efficient management of class resources.
Sick Policy
To ensure the health and safety of all students and staff, we ask that parents keep their children at home if they are showing any signs of illness, such as fever, cough, sore throat, or general malaise. If a child becomes ill while at class, parents will be contacted immediately for prompt pickup. Students should be fever-free and symptom-free for 24 hours without the use of medication before returning to class. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a healthy environment for everyone.
