Notes: Schedules are posted the week of Assessment Day. The Assessment Day schedule cannot be confirmed until the Assessment Chair receives the final registered skater list and schedules from the attending judges. Skaters must be available for the full Assessment Day schedule when registering. If there is a scheduling conflict, you may contact the Assessment Chair to request a schedule change. The Club cannot guarantee that your request can be accommodated because it will depend on attending judge schedules, etc. Therefore, there are no refunds if you have a scheduling conflict that we are unable to accommodate. Refunds for withdrawals due to extenuating circumstances will be decided on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Assessment Chair. Requests for withdrawals must be submitted by the Coach to the Assessment Chair for approval.
