This is an all-levels class where options will be given so everyone feels comfortable - and it’s a great workout too.

Bring running shoes with clean soles. 

Drop-ins are welcome throughout the session! Given the popularity of this class, consider reserving your drop-in spots well in advance.

Required age: 16+ on the day of the activity

Notes: Main Hall renovations will begin on Friday May 17th. Monday classes will continue but will be moved to the Dance Studio, which has a smaller capacity. Register for both 5-week series of these classes (Main Hall and Dance Studio) if you would like to dance throughout the spring session. If you are at all unwell, please do not attend class in the interest of protecting the health of the other participants and staff. Emilie’s classes and workshops are non-refundable.
