Are you interested in becoming more flexible? Join gymnast Maggie Wightman at our introduction to acro dance training. Our acro class combines classical dance techniques with precision acrobatics and artistic gymnastics. Every class will include a dynamic warm up, then focus on incorporating elements on balancing, limbering and tumbling development while also working to build the dancers’ strength and flexibility. Level 2 requirements: participants must be able to complete the following skills; cartwheel, handstand, bridge and splits. Instructor: Maggie Wightman

Notes: If you are at all unwell, please do not attend class in the interest of protecting the health of the other participants and staff. We have suspended our masking and vaccine requirements. We are prepared to reinstate them if we deem it necessary for the safety and health of our participants and volunteers. If you would like to discuss our Covid protocols, please email info@gnag.ca. Refunds, Credits and Transfers Notification required: At least 1 week’s notice in advance of the program / class / workshop start date. 1. Within notification period: Refund with 7% admin fee or credit on GNAG account with no fee. 2. Less than notification period: Refunds or credits on GNAG account will not be issued. 3. Change your mind? Notify us first! We can help. A transfer requires the same period of notification. Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate should a refund be approved. Emilie’s classes, memberships for indoor playground, school walkovers, pottery studio and fitness memberships and tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds for tickets to our events. Withdrawal because a client does not agree with our Covid protocols will still incur a 7% admin fee and will still require the above noted notification timeline.
