Description:

In the Recreation division for this session, Acro classes focus on strength and flexibility work, basic tricks and variations, and lots of choreography and partnering. Acro is an excellent program to develop healthy and safe body awareness, flexibility, muscle strength and control, cardiovascular health, and confidence gained from hard work that creates progress!
