Jazz/Lyrical Dance class is designed for students ages 10 and up who are interested in learning the fundamentals of jazz and lyrical dance styles. It is a comprehensive class that focuses on developing proper technique, while also fostering creativity and expression.

The curriculum is designed to teach students the basics of jazz and lyrical dance styles, including posture, alignment, isolation, coordination, and musicality. The classes also focus on developing strength, flexibility, and endurance through a range of exercises and combinations. Students will learn various jazz and lyrical movements, as well as how to express themselves through dance

Required age: 10+ on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: No prior dance experience is necessary for this class. Students should wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear, such as jazz shoes. Water bottles are also recommended for staying hydrated during the class.
