Inclement Weather Policy:

The Language Project Spanish programs will follow the local districts cancellations, closings and modified schedules.

In the event that this effects Spanish Club, we will do our best to provide makeups for programs. Makeups will be scheduled generally at the end of the school year. No refunds are given for cancelled classes due to weather or school cancellations. No refunds are given if you fail to attend a makeup. Only classes cancelled by the Club will potentially have makeups.

Class Commitment:

TLP works off of a waiting list in most of the schools we operate in. In order to keep our current students on their language learning journey, your child will be registered for the complete level he or she is entering and will stay automatically enrolled in our program until we receive written notice from their guardian or the school year comes to an end. By enrolling you are authorizing payments according to the payment frequency selected and for the complete level the child will be participating in.

Refund Policy:
A full refund will be issued if your withdrawal request is received at least 10 days prior to the start of a class. This allows us time to fill the spot with another student.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after the start of a trimester/10-week unit and any cancellation request received mid-year will be processed at the next 10-week unit for monthly payment plans. No refunds for pay-in-full payment plans.

Credit for future classes will be granted at the discretion of The Language Project. To change your class day/time or withdraw please send your request in writing (with necessary details) by email to info@languageprojectkids.com.

Students are expected to be safe, respectful, and responsible. Parents may be contacted if students are unable to follow these expectations. Teachers and staff may redirect or remove the student from an activity. If the student continues to be disruptive or inappropriate, is physically aggressive, or presents a risk to others, the student will be dismissed from the program for the remainder of the session or camp without refund.
