Description:

Ages 4 to 5 years; both girls and boys. They will start to work at the first leveling, starting to earn their Burgundy certificates. Children will explore and learn the six fundamental movement patterns used in gymnastics. Classes begin with a fun warm-up followed by a progressive skills program on each of the gymnastics apparatus. Class is 45 minutes, once per week. Parents are encouraged but not required to assist their children during this class.
