Description: Again this summer at Valois, we will be offering synchro lessons as well as a competitive program. Beginners will enjoy the synchro lessons, where they can learn the basics of the sport. The synchro team requires more dedication, as a routine will be put together and performed near the middle of August. In the past years our teams, duets, and solos have been improving their standings at these competitions, and we hope to continue this trend during the coming summer. Our coaches are ready to offer a fun and exciting atmosphere for the swimmers, so come and make the best of your summer and join the Valois Synchro Team! Anyone interested must be present during the first week of practices so they can be evaluated and placed on the appropriate team. Participation in practices is an essential part of being on a synchro team. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cet été, la piscine de Valois offre des leçons de nage synchronisée et un programme compétitif. Les débutants s’intéresseront les leçons qui les initieront aux rudiments de cette discipline. L’équipe compétitive requiert un engagement plus soutenu puisqu’un programme sera dressé et présenté en compétition au cours des deux premières semaines d’août. Au cours des dernières années, nos membres ont amélioré leur classement en compétition équipes, duo et solo et nous espérons continuer notre progression cet été. Nos entraîneurs sont prêts à vous offrir une atmosphère stimulante et agréable. Profitez à fond de votre été en vous joignant à l’équipe de nage synchronisée de Valois! Ceux qui sont interressés doivent participer aux premières pratiques pour être évalués pour former les équipes. La participation aux pratiques est très important pour le développement et succès de l'équipe.
