Women’s circles are a gathering of women to create connection and community. This is a safe space where we will sit in a circle to connect, share, learn and empower each other. The circle gives the opportunity to each participant to share without judgment. It will be a different workshop topic every week related to mental health, personal development, well-being, growth, and connection. (Please bring pen and paper for reflections).

Instructor: Stephanie Mankarios, Trauma Resolution & Nervous System healing, Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation teacher and background in Functional Health, Massage therapy, and Personal training

Les cercles de femmes sont des rassemblements de femmes visant à créer des liens et une communauté. C'est un espace sûr où nous nous asseyons en cercle pour nous connecter, partager, apprendre et nous renforcer mutuellement. Le cercle offre à chaque participante l'opportunité de partager sans jugement. Il y aura un sujet d'atelier différent chaque semaine lié à la santé mentale, au développement personnel, au bien-être, à la croissance et à la connexion. (veuillez apporter un stylo et du papier pour les réflexions).
