If you are having difficulties coping with the emotional demands in your life, struggling to find a balance between work and family life, or dealing with mom guilt, then this course is for you. You will feel more confident, empowered, resilient and joyful to achieve the life that you want to create.

I will help you navigate the “Mindfield” that is your unconscious thoughts. Identify your limiting beliefs, negative patterns, habits and self-talk that are hindering you to bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be and who you want to become.
