Le programme des cuisines communautaires est offert aux personnes de la communauté de l'Ouest-de-l'Île qui pourraient bénéficier d'un accès à l'information et à l'éducation en matière de nutrition, de techniques de cuisson et de recettes conviviales et économiques. Les ateliers de cuisine donneront aux participants l'occasion d'apprendre à préparer des repas délicieux et nutritifs en respectant un budget.

Vous pourrez gouter ce que vous aurez préparé et en rapporter chez vous aussi, alors n'oubliez pas vos récipients ! 

Chaque cuisine communautaire commence à 10h00 et se termine à 12h00. Le prix est 10,00$ ou payez ce que vous pouvez. Le paiement doit être effectué en personne.L'inscription est obligatoire. 

The Kitchens program is available to those in the West Island Community who could benefit from access to information and education related to nutrition, cooking techniques and cost effective friendly recipes. The kitchen workshops will give participants an opportunity to learn how to prepare delicious and nutritious meals on a budget. 

You will be able to taste what you make and then take some home too, so don’t forget your containers! 

Each Community Kitchen starts at 10:00 A.M. and ends at 12:00 P.M. The cost is $10.00 or pay what you can. Payment must be made in person. Registration is required.
