Your child must be able to do the following to place them into levels. If you do NOT know your child's level please ask your teacher and keep an eye out for report cards (coming out the first week of October).

Level 2: level 1 skills + baby cartwheel, baby handstand, bridge

Notes: THIS TERM DOES INCLUDE A FORMAL RECITAL. The cost of Class includes a recital costume - There is NO parent viewing area. Parents and other children can either leave the building or wait in the parent lounge. We require a 50% payment upon registration and remaining balance is DUE by the first day of classes. Any persons not paid by this date will incur a $50 late payment fee. Payments can be made by e-transfer to westperthdanceclub@gmail.com, cheque made out to West Perth Dance Club or by cash in a sealed, labelled envelope placed in the drop box. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. If there are people on the waiting list and payment has not been made you will be bumped to make room for the waiting list applicants. NSF Fee of $25 will be added to any tuition fees. If there are not a minimum of 5 children registered/class, the class may be combined with another class, or the class times may change or be cancelled. If the class is cancelled, a full refund will be issued Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your class, please be aware of our cancellation policy: • If you cancel more than 30 days before the activity, there is no fee. • If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before the activity, there is a $5 fee. • If you cancel less than 7 days before the activity, there is a $50 fee. • If you cancel more than 30 days after the activity, there is a $175 fee.
