Description:

A 60-minute yoga class where we aim to develop strong movement patterns and
increase the body’s capacity for physical loading. In this class we will work to enhance
your existing yoga practice with more challenging postures and more rapid pacing,
moving, with the breath, through postures which may be seated, standing, kneeling,
quadruped, lying down or inverted. Not recommended for beginners or if you are
healing from an injury.

Required age: 18+ on the day of the activity

Notes: Payments are DUE by the first day of classes. Any persons not paid by this date will incur a $50 late payment fee. Payments can be made by e-transfer to westperthdanceclub@gmail.com, cheque made out to West Perth Dance Club or by cash in a sealed, labelled envelope placed in the drop box. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. If there are people on the waiting list and payment has not been made you will be bumped to make room for the waiting list applicants. NSF Fee of $25 will be added to any tuition fees.  If there are not a minimum of 5 people registered the class times may change or be cancelled. If the class is cancelled, a full refund will be issued Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your class, please be aware of our cancellation policy: • If you cancel more than 30 days before the activity, there is no fee. • If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before the activity, there is a $5 fee. • If you cancel less than 7 days before the activity, there is a $50 fee. • If you cancel more than 30 days after the activity, there is a $175 fee.
