Ages 13 to 18.

Cygnus Teen Gymnastics class is a semi-structured class for athletes of all ability levels. Come to work on some basic gymnastics skills, develop strength with our conditioning portion and have fun with friends during open gym during the last 20 minutes of class. 

Research has shown that physical fitness helps to promote self-esteem and mental health. 

To reduce barriers and to help ensure more teens have access to sport and all its benefits, Cygnus is opening its doors and offering this class for FREE until June. We invite youth to join us in a safe, inclusive place to develop fitness for life, in memory of our former athlete, friend and teammate, Travis Wheaton.

Notes : CANCELLATIONS Each year Cygnus turns a number of children away from our classes due to lack of room. Due to this and other factors, our cancellation policy is in effect to better our ability to fill that space with another interested participant, while allowing families time to try our programs: There is a $30 administration fee applied to all refunds. Gymnastics NL Fees are not refundable. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the office. If a refund is requested up to one week before the first day of class, you will receive a full refund less the above fees. Refunds will be processed until the end of week 3 and will only be for the weeks remaining in the session, less the above fees. Refunds requested with a medical note will be processed up until the end of week 5 and will only be for the weeks remaining in the session, less the above fees. If your child is ill or, for any reason, misses one or more days of class, we will not be able to provide a partial refund. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL PROGRAMS AND CLASSES IF MINIMUM NUMBERS ARE NOT MET.
