We use Total Immersion techniques and other great skills and drills to help you feel comfortable in the water so you can swim forever effortlessly! Our proven coaching techniques have helped 100's of swimmers complete their first triathlon or long endurance swim. We look forward to helping you too!

Mondays 2:00pm - Lowertown/Patro Pool

Wednesdays 2:00pm - Lowertown Pool

Friday 6:30am - Canterbury Pool

Friday 1:00pm - Canterbury Pool
