Can tofu and tempeh be tasty? Totally! But, just like every other type of food, you need the right recipe and proper cooking techniques. In this lesson with chef and nutritionist Amy Longard you'll learn benefits of these high protein plant-based foods, the cooking/food preparation techniques, how to choose the right kinds of tofu and tempeh, and how to make two delicious recipes that you’re sure to enjoy: Tempeh Bolognese and a Tofu Scramble. This class is vegan and gluten free, and is perfect for anyone looking to add more plants to their diet.

Emilie’s classes, memberships for indoor playground, school walkovers, pottery studio and fitness memberships and tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds for tickets to our events.
