This class is great for busy minds. Expect a gentle warm-up, followed by fluid movement (a series of faster paced postures with breathwork) and ending with a relaxing wind down. Evening Flow is based on the principles of hatha. It will incorporate supine twists, balancing poses, breathwork, standing and seated postures, as well as traditional savasana breath. Change your mind? Notify us first! We can help. A transfer requires the same period of notification. Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate should a refund be approved. Emilie’s classes, memberships for indoor playground, school walkovers, pottery studio and fitness memberships and tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds for tickets to our events. Withdrawal because a client does not agree with our Covid protocols will still incur a 7% admin fee and will still require the above noted notification timeline.
