We have also merged with the Senior Citizens' Center of Oak Park/River Forest. This will bring a variety of exciting programming to our participants such as:

Exclusively available to our Active Adult Members.Yoga combines physical poses with mindfulness,breathing techniques, and meditation. Thecombination of these promotes functional mobility,self-discovery and helps rebalance the nervoussystem.
