Employees have access to a digital Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that provides 24/7 mental health support in the form of professional confidential counseling and resources. Along with free support, wellness coverage also includes generous vacation days from day one, telemedicine provided by their partner Maple, and substantial coverage for all types of mental and physical health professionals.
