Here is a handy five-step guide to help you make the most of your free trial experience!

Step 1: Complete your account setup and explore the platform

A free trial may be free, but it takes work! Make sure you complete your account setup and explore different features within the platform. This is a great opportunity to get a lay of the land before making a commitment.

Step 2: Take full advantage of product tours & the knowledge base

Product tours exist for the sole purpose of helping you better understand the platform and what it can do for you. Completing any tours you come across in your free trial is a great way to find your bearings quickly and easily. And if that isn’t enough, check out our knowledge base for any additional questions that need answers. It’s detailed and comprehensive which makes it a great complementary resource during and after your free trial period.

Step 3: Make sure you create a full program

Programs and activities are at the core of everything you offer to your clients. Creating a full program in Amilia will help you become familiar with something you will be doing often (did we mention there’s a product tour for programs?). Once you’ve created your program, you can visit your online storefront to see how it appears to your clients and make changes accordingly.

Step 4: Get different people to try Amilia during your free trial

You won’t be the only one who uses Amilia for day-to-day operations which is why you shouldn’t be the only one who tries it. Get your admin and front desk staff to give it a shot so that they also have the opportunity to get used to the platform.
