Amilia Announces the Appointment of Two New Board Members

Amilia announced today the appointment of Julie Lacasse and William Anderson to its Board of Directors, bringing the total number of board members to 6. Both Ms. Lacasse and Mr. Anderson will bring a fresh perspective to Amilia, helping the company reach its ambitious growth goals.

Julie Lacasse is the co-founder of leading tech company TrackTik, recently acquired by Private equity firm, K1 capital. Drawing from her experience in Marketing & Sales, Software Implementation, Operations, HR and Management, she led the company’s growth for 7 years as VP of Operations. For the past 5 years, she has been a business mentor at Canada's leading early-stage tech venture accelerators, FounderFuel, Techstars AI & Zù Capital, where she helps startups unleash their full potential by supporting them in different aspects of their business including financial & sales models, equity raise, organizational structure and much more.

Will Anderson has over 15 years of experience in leading software businesses. He is currently the President of Resolver; a Division of Kroll Inc., which creates solutions that empower businesses to protect people and assets, manage risk, build trust, and use resources more effectively. He also serves on the board of Docebo, the leading learning suite that helps enterprises around the world tackle any learning challenge. Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
