So when he stepped into his new role at North Toronto Memorial Arena, he chose to continue using Amilia, because he genuinely trusted the system and knew it would support his staff and community. That decision reflects his straightforward, honest leadership style: he brings forward what works, he stands by his experience, and he stays true to what he believes will best serve his organization
