This year, we launched a new initiative to recognize mission-driven organizations — those who transform our shared values into tangible impact. The Amilia Awards are an annual celebration that honor our customers, highlighting their stories and contributions while reminding us that when one of us grows, we all grow.

This year, we’re proud to recognize the team at JCC of Central New Jersey as the recipient of the Better Together Award.

Collaboration is at the heart of the JCC of Central New Jersey’s work. Their team approaches every interaction with a spirit of open mindedness, curiosity, and mutual support, qualities that make partnership not only smooth, but genuinely energizing.

For example, the JCCNJ team were key contributors to our Accounting Advisory Group, offering thoughtful insights that helped guide product decisions and inspire future developments. They also represented their community in a JCC USA Association webinar, openly sharing their learnings to support other organizations across the network. Throughout every project, the JCC of Central New Jersey has demonstrated what it means to be team players, because they are proactive, generous, and committed to building something better together.
