Amilia Appoints John Astorino as COO to Strengthen Its Software and Support for Community Organizations

Montreal, June 17th 2026 — Amilia, a leading provider of recreation and member management software for community organizations, has named John Astorino Chief Operating Officer (COO) as it enters its next phase of growth. In this role, he will support the company’s continued work with YMCAs, JCCs, Parks & Recreation agencies, and community-driven organizations. 

John Astorino will oversee both the Product and Client Services teams, bringing these functions closer together. He brings over 25 years of executive experience, with a track record of turning strategy into execution in ways that directly improve the customer experience.
