Amilia Celebrates Fifth Consecutive Year on Quebec's Best Workplaces™ List by Great Place to Work®

The technology company Amilia is once again featured on the list of the Best Workplaces™ in Quebec. An independent study conducted by Great Place to Work® revealed that 96% of the staff believes that the organization is an excellent employer due to its work environment that promotes respect and innovation in an atmosphere that fosters camaraderie.

This recognition reaffirms Amilia's position among the top employers in Quebec as the world of work undergoes significant changes. Hugo Lachance, President of Amilia, says, "This nomination demonstrates our company's unwavering commitment to listening to our employees and cultivating a flexible workplace characterized by creativity, passion, and respect."

This title adds to a long list of nominations for the proud Montreal-based company. In 2023, Amilia stood out by appearing on the list of the Best Workplaces in Canada (50-99 employees), the Best Workplaces for Today’s Youth, as well as the list of the Best Workplaces in Technology. Amilia is also featured on the rankings that recognize the Best Workplaces for Giving Back and for Professional Development.

The year 2023 was prosperous for the organization, and while the future remains promising, Amilia is seeking new employees to join its mission.
